Program Eligibility Review
We check the utility, state and federal programs that are actually open for your site and your install date, then tell you which ones are worth chasing.
Rebates and incentives move fast and they change without much notice. LED Indy checks what your site qualifies for before you order a single charger.
Eligibility Check First
We confirm current program terms before you commit
Utility Program Support
Applications, forms and required documentation handled for you
ChargePoint Certified
Certified installers on hardware many programs require
EVITP Certified
Some funding requires EVITP trained electricians on site
Make Ready Work
Panels, conduit and service capacity to carry the chargers
Incentive money is real, but it is paperwork, deadlines and utility rules. We keep the install and the application on the same schedule.

Program Eligibility Review
We check the utility, state and federal programs that are actually open for your site and your install date, then tell you which ones are worth chasing.

Qualifying Equipment
Funding usually names the hardware it will pay for, including networked chargers and specific port types. We spec equipment that keeps your application alive.

Utility Coordination
Most programs run through your electric utility. We handle the pre approval, the service and load information they ask for, and the timing of the meter work.

Make Ready Infrastructure
Service capacity, panels, conduit, trenching and stub outs. Many programs fund this work separately from the chargers, so we scope and price it separately.

Documentation Package
Invoices, load calculations, site photos, permit records and installer certifications, assembled the way the program wants them so nothing gets kicked back.

Permits and Inspection
We pull the electrical permit, build to code and meet the inspector, because a failed inspection can put your funding deadline at risk.
Incentive programs are usually written for specific site types, so where you sit changes what you are able to claim.

Workplaces and Offices

Fleet and Logistics Yards

Apartments and Multifamily

Retail and Hospitality

Municipal and Public Sites

Manufacturing and Warehousing
Incentive money follows paperwork and timing, not good intentions. We check what your site qualifies for before the design is locked, coordinate with the utility, and hand you the documentation the program asks for.
ChargePoint Certified
ChargePoint Certified installers, so the hardware, the network setup and the warranty are all handled by the same crew.
EVITP Certified
EVITP certified electricians on staff, which some incentive and funding programs require on the installing crew.
Commercial Only
We work on commercial services and 3 phase power all day. Charger loads get sized against real building demand.
Indianapolis Owned
Indianapolis owned and operated, licensed and insured, so you deal with a local contractor through the whole application.
Written Scope, Written Number
We walk the building before we quote, then put the ev charging rebates scope in writing line for line, so you can compare our number against anyone else's on the same work.
We Work Around Your Building
Nights, weekends, shutdowns and school breaks. We agree the access and outage windows with you before the ev charging rebates work starts, so your tenants and your production schedule are not the ones absorbing it.
From sports facilities and warehouses to aquatic centers and retail floors, these are buildings we have already powered across central Indiana.
Federal support for charging equipment has come through a tax credit rather than a rebate, and the rules have changed more than once, including which locations qualify and when the equipment has to be placed in service. Because the terms shift, we check the current federal guidance against your install date before you order hardware, instead of promising you a number we cannot stand behind.
Vehicle incentives and charging equipment incentives are 2 different things, and Indiana has not offered a general state tax credit for buying an electric vehicle. What matters for a commercial site is utility program funding for the chargers and the make ready electrical work, plus any federal credit on the equipment. Confirm the tax side with your accountant, and we will handle the install and the documentation.
AES Indiana is the electric utility for most of the Indianapolis area, and utilities like it have run programs that help cover commercial charging equipment and the make ready work behind it. Program budgets, eligible sites and application windows change, so the answer in any given month depends on what is open. We confirm the current program with your utility before we quote the job.
We do, working alongside you. You sign what has to be signed, and we supply the technical side: load calculations, equipment specs, permit records, installer certifications, invoices and the site photos most programs ask for. The common reason an application fails is missing documentation from the installer, so we assemble the package as we build rather than hunting for it later.
Often yes, and that is the mistake that costs sites the money. Many utility and grant programs require an approved application before any work begins, so equipment installed early can be ruled ineligible. We confirm the current program rules in writing before we schedule the install, then sequence the approval, the permit and the construction so the funding stays on the table.
Can't say enough good things about John and his LED Indy team. They take the time to educate their clients on the process and value of switching to LED fixtures. They are professional, honest and do great work! Highly recommend them!
Jon and the team at LED Indy were absolutely amazing! They handled every step of my industrial shop conversion quickly and professionally. It's also great to know I'm saving money on my energy bill too! I highly recommend them!
We have several manufacturing facilities that have a combination of manufacturing floor, warehouse, and office space, and LED Indy has been a great partner to help us plan and implement changes when needed. I'd highly recommend their team.
The transformation of the lighting upgrade was literally night and day. The result was better than we could have expected.
