Office Buildings
Tenant suites, common areas and rooftop equipment
LED Indy inspects the electrical system in your building, documents what is wrong, and fixes it. Facility managers, property owners and general contractors use us before sales, renovations and insurance reviews.
Full System Inspection
Service, panels, feeders, branch circuits and grounding checked
Written Findings
Photos, locations and severity in one clear report
Code Corrections
We fix what we find, not just list it
Thermal Scanning
Infrared checks on gear to catch hot connections
Licensed and Insured
Indianapolis owned and operated, licensed and insured
Every inspection follows the same path, look at the whole system, write down exactly what is out of code, then correct it.
Service and Panel Inspection
We open the main gear and panelboards to check breaker sizing, conductor terminations, torque, labeling and available capacity, then flag anything that will not pass an inspector.
Learn moreInfrared Thermal Scan
A thermal camera on energized gear finds loose lugs, overloaded circuits and failing breakers while they are still warm spots instead of an outage.
Learn moreCode Violation Correction

Electrical inspection sits inside our electrical division, not beside it. The same licensed crew that walks your building is the crew that does the work, and lighting and low voltage are in house if the job turns out to touch them.
We Fix It Too
Most inspection reports end with a list. Ours ends with a licensed crew that can correct every item.
Commercial Only
We inspect commercial and industrial buildings all day, so we know what an Indianapolis inspector will actually write up.
Documented in Writing
You get photos, panel locations and severity ratings, not a verbal summary that disappears the moment we leave.
3 Divisions, 1 Call
Lighting, electrical, and data and low voltage are all in house, so one contractor closes out the whole punch list.
Indianapolis Owned and Operated
We are based here, not dispatched in from out of state. The same licensed crew that walks your building with you is the crew that does the electrical inspection work.
We Work Around Your Building
Nights, weekends, shutdowns and school breaks. We agree the access and outage windows with you before the electrical inspection work starts, so your tenants and your production schedule are not the ones absorbing it.
Our job is simple: deliver safe, reliable electrical systems so you can run your business.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most, so you can plan with confidence.
The cost comes down to amperage, whether the service and feeders can stay, and how much downtime the building can take. Replacing a 100 amp panel in a small suite is a very different job from swapping a 1200 amp main distribution panel in a plant. We check the load, the gear and the shutdown window before we quote.
A single tenant suite is usually a few hours. A full plant or a multi building property takes longer because every panel gets opened, scanned and photographed. We tell you the expected time after we see the panel schedule and square footage, and we can split the work across visits so nothing has to shut down all at once.
You get a correction notice listing the violations and a deadline. That is where electrical code correction in Indianapolis starts. We read the notice item by item, price the corrections, do the work under permit where one is required, and are on site when the inspector comes back so nothing gets missed on the second pass.
Before you buy or lease it, before a renovation, after a nuisance trip or a burning smell, and on a regular cycle for anything with heavy equipment. Insurers and lenders often ask for one too. If your panels have not been opened in years and the labeling no longer matches reality, that is reason enough to schedule.
Yes, and most buildings do it that way. The report separates items by severity, so anything that is a safety or code violation gets corrected first and the rest is priced as its own line. You approve the phases you want now and hold the others. Nothing has to be bundled into a single purchase order to get the building safe.
