Lighting, electrical, and data and low voltage sit under one roof, so nobody points at another trade when something is missed.
Commercial Only
Commercial work is all we do, so our crews, trucks and processes are set up for occupied buildings and active job sites.

Written Scope, Written Number

Our job is simple: deliver safe, reliable electrical systems so you can run your business.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most, so you can plan with confidence.
It depends on scope, not on a flat hourly figure. Pricing on a commercial job is driven by labor hours, material and gear lead times, how much of the work has to happen after hours, whether existing conditions meet current code, and how much coordination the site needs. We walk the building, then give you a written quote with the scope spelled out so you can compare it line for line.
Yes, in training, licensing and daily work. Commercial buildings run 3 phase power, larger services, different conduit and wiring methods, fire alarm and egress requirements, and inspection rules that light duty wiring experience does not cover. Local licensing also differs by jurisdiction. LED Indy is licensed, insured and commercial only, so the crew on your site works to commercial code every day.
Yes. Most of our work in occupied buildings is scheduled around your operation, which can mean nights, weekends, plant shutdowns, school breaks or a phased plan that keeps part of the floor live. We plan the outage windows with you before the job starts and confirm what stays energized. Tell us your constraints on the walkthrough and we will build the schedule around them.
We cover Indianapolis and the surrounding metro. That includes Marion County and the ring of business communities around it, Greenwood, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Avon, Plainfield, Brownsburg, Westfield and Zionsville, plus project work further out in Indiana when the scope justifies the travel. If you are not sure whether your building is in range, call 317-759-4533 and we will tell you straight.
Yes, we pull the electrical permit and coordinate the inspection on permitted work. Requirements change by jurisdiction across the Indianapolis metro, so the first thing we confirm is which authority covers your address and what they expect to see on the drawings. We meet the inspector on site, handle any corrections, and hand you the closed permit and updated panel schedules at closeout.
