Can our managers view the cameras remotely and pull clips themselves?
Yes, on the platforms that support it. Live views and recorded footage can be made available from a workstation on your network and from phones or tablets, subject to your network and your IT policy, and we set up accounts so each person sees only the cameras their role needs. Before we leave, we walk your team through finding an incident by time and camera, exporting the clip, and saving it in a format police or your insurer will accept.
