LED Lighting and Retrofits
Interior LED retrofits, high bay warehouse lighting, parking lot poles, exterior and security lighting, plus controls and sensors that cut what you burn after hours.

Commercial Wiring and Power
Service upgrades, panel and switchgear work, 3 phase feeders, machine and equipment connections, and the distribution behind an expansion or a new tenant space.

New Construction and Build Outs
We work from prints with general contractors on ground up buildings, shell spaces and tenant finishes, and we hold our part of the schedule.

Data and Low Voltage
Structured cabling, fiber, network racks, wireless access points, cameras and access control, installed and labeled by the same contractor doing your power.

Commercial EV Charging
Charger installs for workplaces, fleets and multifamily parking, including the panel and conduit work, from ChargePoint Certified and EVITP certified installers.

Service and Repairs
Troubleshooting, breaker and panel replacements, lighting outages, damaged circuits and after hours calls, scheduled around when your building is actually empty.
Whitestown sits on the I-65 logistics corridor, so the buildings we work in here look different from a downtown block.

Contractor and Trade Facilities
Whitestown businesses call us because 3 divisions sit under one contract. Lighting, electrical, and data and low voltage come from one licensed commercial contractor, and Whitestown is a short drive from our Indianapolis shop.

Commercial Only
Every crew, truck and stocked part is set up for commercial buildings. We do not split attention with house calls.

3 Divisions, 1 Contractor
Lighting, electrical, and data and low voltage under a single contract, so the lighting crew is not waiting on the cabling crew.

Local to Indianapolis
Indianapolis owned and operated, a short run up I-65, so Whitestown is a regular stop and not an out of area trip.

Licensed and Insured
Licensed and insured, with permits pulled and inspections met by us, which general contractors and property managers both need on file.

Written Scope, Written Number
We walk the building before we quote, then put the commercial electrical scope in writing line for line, so you can compare our number against anyone else's on the same work.

We Work Around Your Building
Nights, weekends, shutdowns and school breaks. We agree the access and outage windows with you before the commercial electrical work starts, so your tenants and your production schedule are not the ones absorbing it.
From sports facilities and warehouses to aquatic centers and retail floors, these are buildings we have already powered across central Indiana.
View all projects
Commercial pricing depends on the work, not a flat hourly sticker. Service calls are usually priced on time and material, and projects like a lighting retrofit, a panel upgrade or a build out are quoted as a fixed scope with a fixed number. What moves the number most is access, whether the building has to stay live, and whether the work happens during production hours.
Not always well. The license, the permit and the day to day experience are not the same. A commercial building runs higher voltages, larger services, 3 phase gear, fire alarm and egress lighting requirements, and inspection expectations a small house job never sees. Local jurisdictions also permit commercial work differently. LED Indy works commercial buildings only, so the gear in your Whitestown facility is what our crews handle every day.
Commercial electricians work in buildings people occupy: offices, retail, warehouses, clinics and apartments. Industrial electricians work in production environments around motors, controls, higher voltages and process equipment. In practice the line blurs, and a Whitestown distribution or light manufacturing building needs both skill sets. Our crews work commercial buildings and the equipment inside them, including 3 phase machine and conveyor connections.
Yes. We take prints from general contractors and developers on ground up commercial buildings, shell spaces and tenant finishes across Whitestown and Boone County. That covers the temporary power, the underground and rough in, the gear and distribution, the lighting package, and the data and low voltage. Bringing all 3 divisions in on a single contract keeps the punch list short at the end.
Yes. We file the electrical permit under our own license with whichever authority has jurisdiction over your address, build to the code version that jurisdiction is enforcing, and meet the inspector on site rather than leaving your general contractor to answer for our work. The permit paperwork and the inspection sign off come to you with the closeout package, along with panel schedules and labeling.
Can't say enough good things about John and his LED Indy team. They take the time to educate their clients on the process and value of switching to LED fixtures. They are professional, honest and do great work! Highly recommend them!
Jon and the team at LED Indy were absolutely amazing! They handled every step of my industrial shop conversion quickly and professionally. It's also great to know I'm saving money on my energy bill too! I highly recommend them!
We have several manufacturing facilities that have a combination of manufacturing floor, warehouse, and office space, and LED Indy has been a great partner to help us plan and implement changes when needed. I'd highly recommend their team.
The transformation of the lighting upgrade was literally night and day. The result was better than we could have expected.
