Office Buildings
Multi tenant offices where lighting, receptacle loads and tenant changes
We keep commercial buildings in Indianapolis on a planned electrical maintenance schedule instead of an emergency call list. Facility managers get scheduled inspections, thermal scans, repairs and a written record.
Scheduled Inspections
Panels, gear and connections checked on a set cycle
Infrared Thermal Scans
Find hot connections before they take a circuit down
Lighting Upkeep
Failed fixtures, drivers and lamps replaced site wide
Emergency Light Testing
Exit signs and egress lighting tested and documented
Documented Findings
Every visit logged with photos, readings and repair notes
A maintenance contract is a schedule, a checklist and a record, not a handshake, so you know what gets checked and when.
Panel and Gear Inspection
We open, torque check and clean panels, switchgear and disconnects, log breaker conditions, and flag anything running hot or corroded before it becomes an outage.
Learn moreInfrared Scanning
Thermal imaging of energized gear finds loose lugs, unbalanced loads and failing breakers while the building is running, with a photo report for every finding.
Learn moreLighting and Lamp Service
Group relamping, driver and ballast replacement, and fixture repairs inside and out, so your team is not chasing dark fixtures a single aisle at a time.
Learn moreEmergency and Exit Lighting
Monthly and annual testing of exit signs, egress lighting and battery packs, with the documentation your fire inspector and insurance carrier ask to see.
Learn moreRepairs and Small Projects
Breakers, receptacles, circuits, equipment hookups and the running list of small items your team has been saving up, handled on scheduled visits.
Learn morePanel and Service Upgrades
When inspection shows gear at capacity or out of production, we scope the replacement, size the new service, and phase the cutover around your operating hours.

Electrical maintenance sits inside our electrical division, not beside it. The same licensed crew that walks your building is the crew that does the work, and lighting and low voltage are in house if the job turns out to touch them.
3 Divisions, 1 Visit
Because we run 3 divisions, the same visit can cover lighting, power, data and low voltage instead of 3 separate vendors.
Written Records
Every visit leaves photos, readings and a repair list, so you can budget the next 12 months instead of guessing.
Local Crews
We are Indianapolis owned and operated, licensed and insured, so the same people keep showing up and know your building.
Fewer Surprises
Planned inspections catch loose connections, overloaded circuits and aging gear while they are still a repair, not an outage.
We Work Around Your Building
Nights, weekends, shutdowns and school breaks. We agree the access and outage windows with you before the electrical maintenance work starts, so your tenants and your production schedule are not the ones absorbing it.
Proven on Commercial Projects
Our completed work includes the Colts Practice Facility, Langham Logistics, NIFS and the Vigo County jail. The same crews handle electrical maintenance for buildings across Indianapolis.
Our job is simple: deliver safe, reliable electrical systems so you can run your business.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most, so you can plan with confidence.
It depends on the amperage, the gear you need and what it takes to get power to it. A like for like panel swap in an accessible electrical room is straightforward. A service upgrade that involves the utility, a new meter base, larger feeders, or a temporary feed to keep you running costs more. We price it after we open the gear and look at your load.
A visit schedule, a checklist and a written record. Most contracts cover panel and gear inspection, infrared scanning, lighting repairs, emergency and exit light testing, and a set number of labor hours for small repairs on each visit. Anything larger gets quoted separately before we do it. We build the scope around your building, so a warehouse and a medical office do not get the same checklist.
Annual inspection is the floor for most buildings, and heavier operations do better on a quarterly or semiannual cycle. Frequency follows load and environment. Panels in a clean office room can go longer between visits than gear in a dusty plant, a wet process area or a building running equipment across 3 shifts. We set the interval during the first walk and adjust it once we see what the scans show.
Yes. Contract customers can schedule work outside operating hours, and we plan the disruptive items for nights, weekends or a shutdown window from the start. If something fails between visits, you call the same number and talk to the company that already has your panel schedule, your gear photos and your building notes on file, which shortens the guessing part of any repair.
We walk the building with you and build the baseline. That means locating and opening panels, photographing gear and nameplate data, building a panel schedule if one does not exist, noting lighting types and counts, and checking emergency and exit fixtures. You get a written findings list back, and the maintenance scope, the visit interval and the repair priorities all get built from what we found.
Can't say enough good things about John and his LED Indy team. They take the time to educate their clients on the process and value of switching to LED fixtures. They are professional, honest and do great work! Highly recommend them!
Jon and the team at LED Indy were absolutely amazing! They handled every step of my industrial shop conversion quickly and professionally. It's also great to know I'm saving money on my energy bill too! I highly recommend them!
We have several manufacturing facilities that have a combination of manufacturing floor, warehouse, and office space, and LED Indy has been a great partner to help us plan and implement changes when needed. I'd highly recommend their team.
The transformation of the lighting upgrade was literally night and day. The result was better than we could have expected.
