Do you service chargers you did not install?
Yes. A lot of our service work is on stations another contractor installed and then walked away from. We are ChargePoint Certified and work on other major commercial brands, and because we are a licensed electrical contractor we can also correct the panel, feeder and grounding behind the unit if that is where the problem actually is.
What does commercial EV charger maintenance include?
A scheduled visit covers the things that fail quietly. We inspect cables, connectors and enclosures for damage, torque and thermal check terminations, test ground fault protection, confirm the station is reporting to the network, verify session and payment behavior, and clear anything that will strand a driver. You get a record of each visit for your files.
Can you add stalls to a site you already service?
Usually, and the limit is the power, not the parking. We look at the existing service, the panel capacity and how the current stalls are loaded, then tell you what you can add on the existing feed and what needs a new circuit or gear. That answer is the same whether we installed the original stations or inherited them.
Do you handle warranty claims with the charger manufacturer?
Yes, we check warranty status before we quote a repair. We are ChargePoint Certified, so we can work through the manufacturer channel, and on other brands we pull the fault codes, document the failure with photos and serial numbers, and open the claim for you. If the part is covered, that changes what the repair costs, so it is worth checking first.
