Edgewater Apartments

This property was a total upgrade and our lighting helped to take it from a C property that had been built and held by an owner for 60 years to a B+ property. We installed new common area lighting in the hallways, lobby, fire stairwells on the interior and relit the garage. We also installed new poles and area lighting to the exterior parking areas and we added new service by trenching and installing 300 watt flood lights to highlight the exterior of the 5 story building and light up their new sign.
