When we first met Bryan at Indy Urban Hardwood, we discovered that more than half of the T5HO lighting tubes had burned out, while the remaining ones were so dim that we measured light levels as low as 2-foot candles. For perspective, a classroom typically requires 30-50-foot candles for adequate lighting.

By leveraging AES’s rebate program, we helped our client achieve an impressive return on investment (ROI) in just over three months, even after accounting for labor costs! But more importantly, we elevated the lighting levels from gloomy and uninviting 2-foot candles to bright and welcoming 45-50-foot candles.
